Welcome to sweatlist. These Terms govern your use of the sweatlist app and services ("sweatlist," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use sweatlist.
You must be at least 13 years old to use sweatlist. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
sweatlist includes user-generated content such as ratings, reviews, photos, and messages. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, spam, or that infringes others' rights.
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant sweatlist a non-exclusive license to host and display that content within the app so the service can function. You're responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
Scores, rankings, and reviews reflect the opinions of users and are provided for informational purposes only. Studio, gym, and class information (including data from third-party sources such as Google) may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Always confirm details directly with a venue before relying on them.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, scrape data, or use it for anything unlawful.
You may stop using sweatlist and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
sweatlist is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, sweatlist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on ratings or venue information.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
